| Sleeps 4-6: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths A king bed (or 2 twin beds) in the loft bedroom upstairs. The downstairs bedroom has 1 queen size bed. The bathroom is located downstairs. The futon sofa in the living area also unfolds to a double bed. |
| The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is a also a washer anddryer, television and private phone. Bed linens and towels are provided. |
| $60 per night or $400 per week Sorry, no credit cards accepted 3 Night minimum $150 Security Deposit and $100 Cleaning Deposit If house is cleaned before you leave, your cleaning deposit will be returned. NO SMOKING, NO PETS |

| If you are in search of golfing greens and tropical drinks with umbrellas, you'd best check on the Kona-side of the Big Island. But if you are in the market for a laidback, tropical vacation, a spot in the dappled shade of the papaya where you can pluck bananas fresh from the tree for your morning repast, we just might have the Island Paradise for you... |

| Our house is located on a ½ acre on Kaloli Point on the Big Island of Hawai'i, five blocks from the ocean in a quiet residential neighborhood in Hawaiian Paradise Parks. We are about 20 minutes south of the Hilo airport, 45 minutes west of Volcanoes National Park, and about 10 minutes south of the small village of Pahoa where there are lots of small local-style restaurants with "da kine grinds". This area does not typically have white sand beaches, however (for the energetic!), the secluded and lovely Shipman Beach is a 3 mile walk from our home. |
